These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Agent Rev Stream website (agentrevstream.com), including purchase and access to Your Uncensored BPO Survival Guide (“Course”). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. Access is prohibited for residents of the European Union.

2. Course Purchase

• One-time fee: $599 for lifetime access.
  
  

• Delivery: digital access only (no physical products shipped).
  
  

• Lifetime access means as long as the Site and Course are maintained by us.
  
  

3. Refund Policy

We offer an unconditional 60-day refund guarantee. Requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase amount.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, PDFs, materials, logos, etc.) is owned by Agent Rev Stream (Salmon Belly LLC) and protected under U.S. copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or publicly display course content.

5. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials appearing on our Site are the real experiences of users but are not typical. Results vary widely. Most users may not earn any income. We make no guarantee of success, income, or results.

6. Risk of Loss Disclaimer

Real estate and business opportunities carry inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you could lose money. You agree not to hold Agent Rev Stream liable for any business outcomes or financial losses.

7. Communications Consent

By purchasing, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, and SMS communications from us. SMS frequency varies. Standard message/data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, and reply STOP to SMS to opt out.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Agent Rev Stream (Salmon Belly LLC) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Rev Stream, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Course.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Oregon.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
